A smoothie is simplicity. Load of nutrients in one glass and it’s takes just minutes to make. Left-over smoothie also makes great popsicles!


Serves: 2
1 C. Strawberries
½ C. Blueberries
½ C. Raspberries
1 C. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
½ C. Cranberry Juice


Pop everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. Feel free to experiment with flavours by using different fruit or adding a teaspoon of nut butter or fresh mint.
