This is a simple crockpot stew that will never fail to deliver a hearty, rich flavor. It’s such a good dinner to come home to on these chilly Fall days. You can use any beer you like, contrary to what the English and Irish might say! The meat will be tender and the sauce rich. Serve with a crusty roll.
