INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen—the riper the sweeter)
- 1 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 cup of orange juice (can sub coconut water, almond milk, etc)
- honey to taste (optional)
METHOD
Throw everything into your blender/Vitamix/Magic Bullet/what have you and blend until everything's smooth. Enjoy!* Pro Tip: Pour any left over smoothie into popsicle molds or an ice cube tray for frozen treats later on.
