  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary) or spices (such as cumin, smoked paprika, or garlic powder)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices you are using.
  3. Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
