This grown up float combines the creaminess of ice cream with the sparkly sweetness of cola and a boozy bite of whisky.

INGREDIENTS

Good quality vanilla ice cream
1 cup of your preferred cola
1 oz of your favourite whisky (Irish whisky or bourbon work well)

METHOD

Spoon a generous scoop of ice cream into a tall glass and top with cola and whisky. Stir gently and serve with a straw and long spoon.
