A smoothie is simplicity. Load of nutrients in one glass and it's takes just minutes to make. You can make this with frozen or fresh fruit or a mix—it really depends on how you like your smoothies. Leftover smoothie mixture also makes great popsicles!
INGREDIENTS

- 1 C. Strawberries
- ½ C. Blueberries
- ½ C. Raspberries
- 1 C. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ½ C. Cranberry Juice
METHOD
Pop everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. Feel free to experiment with flavours by using different fruit or adding a teaspoon of nut butter or fresh mint.
